First-line treatment of adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC with epidermal growth factor receptor EGFR exon 19 deletion or exon 21 L858R mutation (as detected by an FDA-approved test).
Treatment of adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic EGFR T790M mutation-positive NSCLC, as detected by an FDA-approved test, and whose disease has progressed during or following first-line treatment with an EGFR-TKI.

How should you take Osimert 80mg?
The medication is taken by mouth and should be taken at the same time each day. Osimert can be taken with or without food. Take it with a full glass of water.

Cutaneous vasculitis causes bruises or skin rashes on the arms, legs, buttocks, or all over the body.
Nail problems, including swelling around the nail, brittle nails, dryness, pain, discoloration, or ridges. The skin around the nail becomes swollen, red, painful, or infected.
Swelling of the ankles or feet.
Feels like I might pass out.
Persistent fever, bruising or bleeding, pale skin, unusual tiredness or weakness, or any other signs of infection.
Osimert 80mg can cause serious side effects to your heart, lungs, or vision. Call your doctor right away if you have any of these signs.
Your doctor may ask you to stop treatment temporarily or permanently or reduce the dose of the medication depending on the side effects you experience.
